Message from Fiona (Club President) re: CORONA VIRUS
Hello everyone, Please read this notice, updated 20th May 2024.
With Covid manageable, the following is the latest recommendation:
In order to protect others if anyone feels unwell (in a way that they are not certain is related to a diagnosed chronic condition) please give the meeting a miss until you feel better.
We follow the latest risk assessment for the centre, and the main points in this are ...
1. Make sure the room is well ventilated by opening as many windows as we can (so wear a coat if its cool)
2. Try to keep to at least 1m social distancing for chairs etc
As most people know I work in public health, so I’d really encourage anyone who isn’t vaccinated and can be to get the jab.

We might use the microphone and loudspeaker at future meetings and this will be of most benefit to those of us whose hearing is not what it used to be.
